Requirements for the Registration of National and Imported Products
Requirements for the Registration of National Products:
- Product name and brand
- Name and full address of the manufacturer
- Name and address of the plant
- Plant identification code
- Qualitative-quantitative formula of the product
- Information regarding preservation and stability of the product
- Description of the manufacturing method
- Digital or scanned copy of the original label or art identical to the original of the food. Note that the barcode, country of origin and location of the expiration date must be included.
Important: All documentation must come on company letterhead, signed and stamped by the person responsible for it.
Requirements for the Registration of Imported Products:
- Product name and brand
- Name and full address of the manufacturer completa del fabricante
- Name and address of the factory
- PCountry of origin of the good or product. Please note that we will also need the country of origin of prepackaged goods imported by third countries.
- Free Sale Certificate, issued by the sanitary entity of the country of origin of the product or, duly authenticated by means of the Apostille or certified by the Panamanian consul in the country of origin of the certificate.
- Quali-quantitative formula of the product.
- Description of the production method.
- Description regarding the preservation and stability of the product.
Importante: Toda la documentación debe venir en hoja membretada de la empresa, firmada y sellada por la persona responsable de la misma.
